Welcome to your fourth Body Quest challenge! Compete against yourself in this fun and addictive game that will help you learn the super powers of the Battle Group foods. In this Body Quest game, you’ll meet Shining Rainbow, a Body Quest Warrior who eats vegetables to build up her protective armor.

Are you ready to test your warrior skills? This is your chance to find out how brave you are—and how much you know about what food does for your body. Treat yourself to an exciting game that gets more challenging with every battle level. With just three clues, see if you can figure out which food Shining Rainbow is describing. Use your warrior powers to unscramble the words and move to the next level.


BONUS CHALLENGE After you successfully pass the word scramble level, build your Body Quest warrior knowledge with a memory card game. One card has a picture of the food, and the other card describes how the food protects your body.

EXTRA BONUS CHALLENGE Here’s where it starts to get tough. With this card game, your challenge is to match the nutrient in each food to the food itself!

EXTRA, EXTRA BONUS CHALLENGE To move to the next level, you’ll have to find Trans Fat Cat. See if you can find him, and find out how he feels about healthy foods.
